The project involved the development of a completely new brand including logo, website and stationery. Their brief for the logo asked for a modern, bold and professional look. The colours were chosen to create energy – reflecting the pace of Isis’ and their client’s industries. The type is clean and classic without being dated.

The website allows Isis to quickly and simply add vacancies and acts as a brochure for clients and candidates. New jobs are automatically added to the company’s facebook and twitter pages when they are posted on the site. Vacancies are also sent to candidates if they subscribe to the site’s RSS or Feedburner feeds. Constantly updating jobs is great for search engines and the company has been helped to understand how to best update and write for the site to increase rankings.
The new brand has been carried across all stationery, candidate application forms and email signatures creating a strong and professional looking organisation. The subliminal effect of an inconsistent brand is enormous. A stretched logo here, a different font there – it’s as important to your customer’s perception as what you wear to a meeting!
